Think Differently, Teach Differently

Curriculum

Our curriculum is mainstream in structure yet specialist in nature. It combines a broad and ambitious education with personalised teaching, assistive technology, academic and therapeutic support, and opportunities for pupils to develop confidence and independence.

At Key Stage 3, pupils build secure foundations in academic, practical and creative subjects.

At Key Stage 4, pupils work towards qualifications suited to their strengths and aspirations, including GCSEs in English, Mathematics, Sciences, Art and Geography and BTECs in Performing Arts and Creative Media.

Curriculum pathways and options are reviewed to reflect pupils’ learning profiles, interests and future plans.
