All Children Can Achieve

A word from our students – Watch the New Video

Posted: 5th June 2025

We’re proud to share the second video in our Burlington House Sixth Form series – this time, shining a spotlight on the voices that matter most: our students.

While the first video focused on staff reflections and the ethos behind our Sixth Form, this new film captures what life is like from the student perspective – the routines, the relationships, the confidence that grows from having the right support in place. Whether it’s through weekly work experience placements, tailored learning pathways, or the sense of community our students describe, the film shows what makes our Sixth Form different.

“We are very proud to share the first of a small series of videos about our wonderful Sixth Form. It was a great experience to be a part of and I think it really captures the Sixth Form so well now that we are five years into our journey.”
– Steve Proctor, Head of Sixth Form

Five years on, we’ve seen the Sixth Form evolve into a space where neurodivergent students can truly be themselves and go on to thrive in higher education, employment and beyond. This film gives a glimpse of what that looks like in real life.
